DivinaLaw continues its commitment to accessible legal aid through its Dulog Legal pro bono initiative with a program held at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) on August 11, 2025.
Attended by university freshmen, the event featured a seminar on “Safe Spaces Online” that educated students on recognizing, preventing, and addressing harassment, abuse, and other forms of gender-based violence in digital environments and physical spaces. The program opened with welcome remarks from Muntinlupa Councilor and DivinaLaw consultant Atty. Raul R. Corro.
The first talk, “Confronting Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV)”, was delivered by Ms. Christina Lopez, Program Officer at the Foundation for Media Alternatives (FMA). This was followed by a discussion on the Safe Spaces Act by DivinaLaw Partner Atty. Jay-r Ipac.
After the seminar, DivinaLaw lawyers offered free legal consultations to students, addressing a range of legal concerns. Participants also received care kits from the firm.
This event marks the 11th Dulog Legal clinic since the program’s launch in 2022 and reflects DivinaLaw’s ongoing mission to open doors to justice, empower local communities, and provide meaningful public legal education.
