DivinaLaw Senior Partner Enrique Buko V. Dela Cruz, Jr. shared during the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Manila Conference 2019 some tips and insights from his experience in international and domestic arbitration. Held in Makati last November 6, the conference feature Atty. Dela Cruz as one of the panel speakers for the discussion on how to manage proceedings and prove claims in construction disputes brought before SIAC.
The conference was followed by a two-day intensive training program by SIAC Academy which focused on refining the participants’ skills on the Emergency Arbitration, Expedited Procedure and Early Dismissal mechanism under the SIAC Rules 2016. Atty. Dela Cruz was one of the panel speakers on the discussion on the A to Z of persuasive written and oral advocacy.
