With the Firm’s thrust to espouse physical, mental, and emotional well-being among its employees, DivinaLaw Managing Partner Nilo T. Divina initiated a series of internal learning sessions for all lawyers and non-legal staff.

The three-part wellness webinar started off with Dr. Iggy Agbayani—a sports medicine specialist, who discussed the known facts about COVID-19 and how a good diet and some time under the sun will boost the body’s immune system. A physical fitness session followed with Coach Ken Mendiola—a USA Track and Field-certified running coach, who shared and demonstrated simple exercises that one can do at home. Taking care of one’s mental health during these stressful times was tackled by Dr. Joyce Joyas, a member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association.
