Good news! With Resolution No. 80-2020 issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), the government has expanded the categories of foreigners who can be allowed entry into the country.

These are those with visas issued under: 1) EO 226 or the Omnibus Investments Code, as amended, 2) RA 8756 (foreign personnel of regional or area headquarters of multinational companies, their respective spouses, and unmarried children under 21 years of age), 3) 47(a)2 visas issued by the Department of Justice, and 4) those with visas issued by the Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.
