With the COVID-19’s looming threat to life and health, person-to-person transactions, especially in government, have been significantly reduced. This comes with more businesses and government offices resorting to out-of-office work arrangements and relying on electronic transactions for business continuity. As a consequence, the need to ensure confidentiality, authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation of these electronic transactions has become all the more relevant.
