DivinaLaw Senior Partner Danny E. Bunyi was chosen as one of the judges during the preliminary round of the 5th Justitia Moot Court Competition, also known as the Quisumbing Torres | Teehankee Cup. The competition was held from November 21 to 22 at the Ateneo Professional Schools Building in Makati.
This year’s participants came from Arellano University, Cagayan State University, University of Cordilleras, Lyceum of the Philippines University (Cavite), Kalinga State University, Jose Maria College, St. Louis University, and University of Batangas. Of the eight teams, Jose Maria College emerged as the champion team, with St. Louis University as first runner-up.
Aside from heading the Firm’s Corporate group, Atty. Bunyi also teaches partnerships and corporation law at the Ateneo de Manila John Gokongwei School of Management.
