Senior Partner Atty. Enrique V. Dela Cruz Jr. and Consultant Atty. Rene B. Gorospe recently lectured in the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Bar Review.
Atty. Dela Cruz spoke on Administrative Law as well as Election Law on June 2, and lectured on Local Governments on June 3. He is an incumbent municipal councilor for Baliwag, Bulacan, and a former president of the National Movement of Young Legislators of the Philippines.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas and holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from the Ateneo School of Government. He also completed an Executive Program on Leadership and Public Policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and obtained his Master of Laws in International and Comparative Business Law and graduated with distinction from the London Metropolitan University.
Atty. Gorospe discussed the Bill of Rights on May 31 and June 1, and discussed the National Economy and Patrimony on June 4.
Atty. Gorospe is a professor in various major law schools in Metro Manila and was the Bar Examiner in Political Law in 2014. He is a Political Law expert with more than 40 years of experience in the legal profession and was ranked 2nd in the 1979 Bar Exam.
Managing Partner Atty. Nilo T. Divina is scheduled to discuss Business Organizations and Securities (Corporation, Partnerships, SRC) on August 2 and August 3.
