In time for the Firm’s 16th anniversary celebration this month, we were once again named as the Employer of Choice by the Asian Legal Business magazine—the fourth time we have received such meaningful recognition. DivinaLaw was previously listed among the best law firms to work for in Asia in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
Asian Legal Business (ALB) is a magazine owned by Thomson Reuters, one of the world’s leading sources of intelligent information for businesses and professionals. The magazine conducted a survey earlier this year and received survey responses from employees of law firms across Asia. Respondents shared their perspective on a variety of issues, ranging from career prospects within their firm to mentorship opportunities and work-life balance.
In ALB’s Employer of Choice feature, the winning firms were introduced thus: “It’s been two years since the pandemic began, and the concepts of ‘work’ and ‘employment’ are starting to look very different for industries globally. Law firms realize that if they want to avoid becoming victims of the Great Resignation, they need to have honest conversations about the needs of their lawyers.
